Boo

Boo! Did I scare you?  Our friends Kaye and Jamie got married tonight. They've lived together for 15 years, but they decided to make it legal. It was a costume wedding.

I shot pictures but left most of them with Kaye and Jamie. The event was planned for outside, but it started raining buckets late this afternoon and everything was moved inside.

I shot this picture of them standing under a spider he build for the occasion. I got soaked while shooting this shot.

It was a fun evening. I hope you all had a great Halloween.

  5. Now this is the way to celebrate a wedding! I love it! They were also not upset about the weather etc... which is how weddings should be. Congratulations to the happy couple

  6. I've never heard of a costume wedding before ... how fun!
That was pretty sweet of you to risk being soaked in order to capture Kaye and Jamie's photo. Then again, that's what friends are for!

  7. They created the wedding they wanted and included the people they cared about. That is what a wedding should be.

  11. We're sporting the spider on the outside of our house, too, and today I'm just lazy enough to put a Christmas decoration in his "hand" and say "done!" for outdoor decorating.
