It would be nice to know when something was passing over head. Then it was happenstance if we saw one.
I enjoy following your varied interests, neat!jack69https://www.blogger.com/profile/12884137603402812926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19517251.post-17541019353831943112016-07-07T18:03:36.673-05:002016-07-07T18:03:36.673-05:00Morning is my favorite time of day and I love that...Morning is my favorite time of day and I love that cloud picture.stephen Hayeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659054447637207734noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19517251.post-88498793481818255592016-07-07T17:53:03.567-05:002016-07-07T17:53:03.567-05:00Hey Susan, It doesn't require an app to see it...Hey Susan, It doesn't require an app to see it, just to tell you when it will be flying nearby.
The one I have is the free ISS Spotter. The space station is easy to see with the naked eye after dusk. At first it looks like a plane, but it's one bright light that moves across the sky really fast. I think if flies 350 miles a minute so it's usually only visible for a few minutes.
The trick is looking at the app and map so you know where to look in the sky to see it.Rick Watsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01005727239466916086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19517251.post-54710184609835806682016-07-07T17:48:12.342-05:002016-07-07T17:48:12.342-05:00What app would be needed to see the International ...What app would be needed to see the International Space Station fly above?
