I haven't been reading as much lately because I have too many other interests and work but I have a whole wall full of books. I still buy some with the hope that some day I'll read them all. I have lots of Depak Chopra's books and some I haven't even red yet. I buy lots of second hand books as they are more affordable. A good book has to have my full attention in the first few pages to keep me interested. I have so many hobbies that keeps me preoccupied.

Happy reading.
JBJuliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03423754263165266554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19517251.post-37124358163700969992014-09-14T19:20:52.042-05:002014-09-14T19:20:52.042-05:00I don't even think I can guess how many books ...I don't even think I can guess how many books I have read, I started reading at the age of 7 and I was always reading something until a few years ago... Jack and I wandered into the bookstore yesterday and I bought a book titled "Complications, a surgeon's notes on an imperfect science". Jack just shook his head and said "seriously? don't you get enough of that at work?" Guess not! I bought a sign to hang on a wall that says it all for me.."I can go anywhere with a good book"yayahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12047536332780197024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19517251.post-71993516400674101172014-09-14T12:00:39.619-05:002014-09-14T12:00:39.619-05:00I can't tell you how many books I've read....I can't tell you how many books I've read. I tried to make a list for my son so he can read what I read and scared myself lol
I have always been a big time reader. Stick me in a library and I could live and die there and be a happy woman. Today with internet there is so much to read and watch . Maybe this is why finally I found my voice and what seems hard for some, is so easy for me to see through. I encourage people to read and relaxing behind a paper book with a barrel of apples beside you, is easier on the eyes and brain than on an electronic machine. Makes your day. Once I did I had found a new love. I just finished Grisham's 'RAcketeer'. I have read everything he has written, but felt he had been off his stride, but he found it in the Racketeer. We took a volunteer job in Lapanto, ARK, I had never heard of the place. Small, small town. Driving into town saw a sign, John Grisham's "painted House' was filmed here. The job was fun along with seeing and touring the set and old house. One of those really lucky breaks, that brings a smile...
Enjoyed the visit as always...
jack69https://www.blogger.com/profile/12884137603402812926noreply@blogger.com
